Sales Manager
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will focus on the development of the company's key current and new business portfolios. A confident, self motivated and focused individual, you will have a proven track record of selling high quality technical and commercial solutions, whilst planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns to deliver ongoing sales growth.
The successful candidate will be:
- of graduate calibre within an engineering discipline,
- at least a 2nd Engineer, with 3 years sea-going experience,
- a proven account manager with at least 2 years experience,
- able to demonstrate strong influencing and negotiating skills,
- able to demonstrate good personal organisation and IT skills (MS Office & CRM tools),
- available to travel in UK and EU; worldwide in due course,
- based at our office near Chichester,
- ready to accommodate a flexible working routine.
MOST offers a remuneration package dependent upon experience plus commission based OTEs.
